- Every hour more news and cries for help reach us from Aleppo, reporting horrible atrocities in the city, while the world stays silent.
We feel powerless while children, women, men, elderly and the injured are dying in Aleppo.
At the very least we want to send out a signal to commemorate the deaths of so many and show our solidarity.
We call upon the international community and the Austrian Federal Government to finally take action to put an end to the killings in Syria and to ensure safe passage to Europe for refugees.
