Stop The Bombing of Eastern Ghouta!

Respect the Ceasefire Now!

400,000 people in Eastern Ghouta have been under a starvation siege and repeated aerial bombing for years, from the Assad regime and from Russia.

The entire population are facing starvation, with many having already starved to death!

The bombing has steadily increased over the last year.

In the last few days the bombing has intensified to catastrophic levels, with hundreds of civilians killed in just a few days! Napalm, barrel bombs, cluster bombs, vacuum bombs, and phosphorous bombs are all being dropped on hospitals, homes and markets.

Civilians including babies, children, women and the elderly are being burned alive.

Civilians are trapped in underground shelters while their homes are turned to rubble around them.

Syrians are begging for our help

If we have any humanity, for the sake of all humanity we must respond!

On Saturday, 24 February, the UN Security Council passed a unanimous resolution for a 30 day ceasefire , to allow food in, and the evacuation of the wounded, to begin without delay!

But the bombings continue!

Russia refused to include a specific date that the ceasefire should begin, and are taking advantage of this loophole to continue bombing.

Also, Russia continues to bomb civilians on the pretext of fighting HTS, which is excluded from the ceasefire agreement.

In reality HTS only has tiny group of 250-300 soldiers on the outskirts on Eastern Ghouta,.

The Assad regime and Russia perpetrate atrocious war crimes every single day against the Syrian people!
